Over the Top Pita has been serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine for almost a decade! It all started with a family-operated food truck in 2013, serving communities throughout the state of Florida. After only two years in business, we opened a permanent brick-and-mortar location where foodies can enjoy the best the Mediterranean has to offer. Over the years, we’ve become a local favorite, recognized by newspapers, magazines, food critics, and even festivals! After years of successful operation, we want to franchise our business and make Over the Top Pita a national sensation!

Our program consists of 18 hours of classroom instruction and 78 hours of on-the-job training, meant to fully prepare franchisees in every aspect of restaurant management, from customer service to food preparation.
